Vaccine Shot Clinic

Attention Parents and Guardians of students ages 12 to 15years old:

The Center for Disease Control’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has approved the distribution of the Pfizer vaccine for children 12 and older.   The Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe School is planning a COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine clinic for students 12 and older on Friday, May 14th from 1:00-3:00 in the LCO School Cafeteria.  2nd doses will be administered on the last day of school Thursday, June 3rd.

Parent Consent forms and information were sent home with students Tuesday May 11th and are also available in the main office and Waadookodaading front desk.  Forms must be completed and returned in order to receive a vaccine.

Students ages 16-18 that have not been vaccinated will also be eligible to receive a vaccine at the shot clinic but must also have the required paperwork completed.

Miigwech for your continued support through this unusual school year and stay safe!
