Description
Directly responsible to the K-12 Principal.
Responsible for record keeping for the Physical Education/Health program.
Responsible for the development and implementation of curriculum, lesson plans and instruction in the area of K-12 physical education and K-12 health education.
Responsible for regular statistics for Physical Education/Health program, i.e.: attendance, grades, quarterly
reports, etc.
Meets with parents, in conjunction with the principal concerning: student deficiency reports/disciplinary
measures.
Attend staff meetings.
Assists in school events such as, but not limited to, assemblies, powwows, award programs and Graduations.

Requirements
State licensed Physical Education Teacher required.
Adaptive PE endorsement preferred.
Background investigation.
Must be supportive of the philosophy, concept, policy and procedures of the Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwe-
Waadookodaading School.
