Description:
Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the volleyball program, including
practices, games, and tournaments.
Teach fundamental and advanced volleyball skills, game strategies, and
conditioning programs to help athletes reach their full potential.
Select team members, set lineups, and develop game plans; ensure fair play and positive competition.
Maintain a safe environment for all players; enforce discipline, respect, and adherence to school and
athletic department policies.
Work with assistant coaches, the junior varsity/middle school teams, and the athletic director to create a
cohesive volleyball program.
Encourage academic achievement and monitor athletes’ eligibility.
Maintain open communication with players, parents, faculty, and administration regarding schedules,
expectations, and player progress.
Manage team equipment, uniforms, and inventory responsibly.
Promote the volleyball program within the school and community; model integrity and leadership on and
off the court.
Work Schedule:
Practices held after school hours and on weekends as necessary.
Attendance required at all matches, tournaments, and team events.
Preseason, in-season, and postseason commitments expected.

Requirements
Requirements:
5 Years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Collegiate playing experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
5 Years of coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Collegiate playing experience is preferred.
